The Agricultural and Processed Food Product Exports Development Authority ( APEDA) certificate confirms that the owner should obtain third-party certification for export.

The State license is issued when the company income is over Rs.12 lakh and the FSSAI Central license is issued when the company income is above Rs. 12 lakh.

The item should get a voluntary logo from FSSAI and the label must be mentioned with the Name of the food, its ingredients, and nutritional information, presence of any food additive, veg/ non-veg, details of the manufacturer, net quantity, manufacturing, and expiry date.

• The committee may refuse your application if they find any serious risk related to animals or human being due to claimed pesticide.
• Every appeal shall be given to the central government in the Department of agriculture in written form against any decision of the registration committee.
• Every appeal should be attached with a treasury challan showing the payment of fees and a copy of the decision against is required.
• Online registration facility is also available where the applicant needs to put his PAN card number to prove his credibility.
